I completed my first project over 10 years ago when I renovated my parent’s house in Manchester. Since then, I have project managed numerous large-scale renovation projects and have steadily grown my own property portfolio.

My passion for profitable renovations led me to start renooovate.com. I wanted to create an all-in-one service to add value to properties with strategic renovations for investors and homeowners while offering high-quality letting and investment services.

As a CEO and Build Director, I am responsible for the firm’s overall operations and oversee the design and building aspects across all of our projects.

I am an award-winning, published photographer with over 14 years of experience in commercial photography. As the Art Director at reenooovate, I oversee all of our projects’ visual aspects and use my expertise to provide creative guidance for our renovations. I take care of our properties’ appearance and presentation after the construction phase for ROI valuations and viewings, ensuring we achieve the highest yield possible.

As an architect, the most exciting part of planning your home improvement project is visualising the finished product. Suppose you have ideas about improving your kitchen, converting your loft space, or adding an extension to your property, I am the person you will share your ideas with. You can also explore our interactive detached house, terraced house, flat, and shop guides that I created to assist you in your planning. Our bespoke guides will advise you on what changes you can make under permitted development rules (without requiring planning permission) and give you information about how the building regulations may apply.

I have extensive experience managing multiple construction and redevelopment projects in Manchester over a number of years. With a successful background in planning, directing and coordinating building activities, I am an expert in exceeding your expectations. As a natural leader, I am able to maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality criteria, and safety standards and can also adapt to frequent changes in priorities.

As the Let Director, I look after the letting side of renooovate but also support Kam in taking care of the structure, compliance and efficiency of the entire firm. Over the last seven years, I transitioned from a busy role within the NHS, where I developed valuable leadership skills that I utilise daily at renooovate. My valuable experience in overseeing processes and guiding new initiatives allows me to ensure our properties are managed to the highest standards.

My role at renooovate is to bring creative marketing ideas to life. Finding the most effective property marketing solutions to stand out and beat the competition is my daily routine, and it is thoroughly enjoyable. I am also responsible for the online adverts for our let properties and manage the website.

Once we have completed the renovation of your property to meet our high standards, the next stage of the process is to let it, if this is the investment strategy you have chosen. My job is to work with you, the wider renooovate team, and local agents to successfully market your property and welcome new tenants as soon as possible.

While I am an experienced electrician who tackles all electrical aspects across every project, I also look after all property maintenance and handle any material problems related to our properties. As a project manager, I contribute at the planning stage and ensure the project’s planned delivery time is met and within budget.

I have worked in estate agency for over 15 years. I started as a trainee negotiator when leaving college and eventually worked my way up to senior valuer and then director, working in various areas of Greater Manchester for four highly-regarded agencies. This experience gave me the knowledge and motivation to become a successful landlord myself. Through my experience, I have excellent knowledge of the housing market, the systems and progress involved in selling, buying, auctioning, and renting houses.

Housing is my passion, and I have worked through the ups and downs of the market. I am looking forward to the next chapter in my career, using my knowledge and passion to help others invest during this excellent climate in the Greater Manchester area and jumped at the chance to become the Invest Director at renooovate.

I am an Award-winning practical accountant with over 18 years of experience across varying sectors. I enjoy piecing together the various areas of finance on a project and ensuring the numbers stack up correctly to decide if a project is realistic, achievable, and most of all, profitable.

I advise and assist customers who are looking to invest in properties by reviewing mortgages available to them based on their financial situation. I take care of every aspect of the mortgage process, from finding you the best deal to communicating with lenders on your behalf. I know the mortgage market like the back of my hand and take a lot of pride in helping our customers acquire their perfect property.
